200 Hour Goddess Mandala Yoga Teacher Training
Our Goddess Mandala Yoga 200 hour yoga teacher programme runs over 8 weekends over an 11 month period, and gives you the opportunity to deepen your practice, using yoga, ayurveda and spiritual dedication to live in rhythm with the Wheel of Year, the seasons of women’s lives, and goddesses from the Sri Vidya and Celtic/Avalon traditions. You will learn and embody skills to share this knowledge, if that is your wish, from a place of confidence and deep authenticity, creating classes that are aligned with your unique life skills and soul gifts.
The in person trainings are supported with an online Yoga Anatomy course, and monthly online 2 hour discussion and practice groups, so that you can safely support your own physical body during your practice, and those of the people you hold space for.
Each weekend runs from 5pm Friday to 5:30pm on Sunday and is residential, with meals provided.
The training venue is at our beautiful home and retreat venue, a few miles from Brecon in Wales, with views of the Brecon Beacons mountains.
If you are already teaching yoga:
The modules stand alone and can be taken as individual YAP-accredited CPD units, of 23 hours each including the submission of an integration reflection paper.
You are also very welcome to attend individual weekends simply as a practitioner immersion, without the requirement for submission of the teacher training assessments.
