This year, I’m going to start a roughly monthly vinyasa yoga class (more energetic, flowing sequences, themed and/or building towards more challenging poses), on Saturday morning close to the full moon.

In the afternoon, we will follow with a cacao ceremony.

You’re welcome to join either the yoga or the cacao ceremony, or both.

Exchange is £10 for the yoga and £15 for the cacao ceremony.

Please bring a packed lunch if you’re attending both.

Teas, coffees and snacks will be provided.

Timings: Yoga 10:30-12 noon, Cacao ceremony 1-4pm
