Rhiannon Rides: Meet the Welsh Goddess of Beltane and to claim your sovereignty

One of the legends of the goddess Rhiannon, who rules the season of Beltane, tells of how Rhiannon is pursued on her shining white horse by a king and his horsemen for three days. They only manage to catch her when the king expresses his wish for her to stop - she accepts the king as her partner when he steps fully into his power.

In this workshop, we will explore, through storytelling, visualisation journey and a little gentle somatic movement suitable for all, meeting the goddess Rhiannon in her Lover archetype, and the ways in which we personally embody traits that are traditionally thought of as ‘masculine’ and ‘feminine’, also welcoming home parts of ourselves that we may have exiled, and fully step into our sovereignty.
