Hearty vegan meals and accommodation in shared rooms in the beautiful house is included.
Single occupancy rooms are available at a supplement.
Alcohol with dinner is permitted but at additional cost or guests are welcome to bring their own drinks.

Sophia is an Isadora Duncan Dancer and Mythic Dance Priestess. The dancing path has led her around the world to bring Isadora’s unique vision of the Dance and Dancer of the Future to diverse communities of women seeking a transformational, healing, moving path to what Isadora described as “the natural language of the soul (becoming) the movement of the body.” She has shared her work numerous times at the Glastonbury Goddess Conference, the Priestess Convocation in Crete as well as the Ashland Goddess Temple in Ashland, Oregon where she now lives.

This retreat is based around two of Sophia’s dance workshops that are accessible to all:
"Invocation of the Wild Huntress" - An embodied study of the Wild Huntress: Her lore, artistic depictions, and selected myths, centred on the Welsh Spring Maiden goddess, Blodeuwedd. A primal musical journey takes us into our animal nature as we connect to our powers of instinct and intuition. The workshop moves from the Duncan repertory emphasize focus and "hitting one's mark" in a movement ceremony dedicated to the Lady of the Wild Things.
“In the Temple of the Queen” - A powerful journey into the Queen archetype. Opening with myths tracing the trajectory of the Queen Goddesses in western civilization, starting with her depiction by the Greeks and deconstruct Her treatment in Greek mythos, moving to land her in the local landscape as Rhiannon. We then embark onto an embodied prayerformance interaction with the Queen archetype - walking in power, throning in integrity and crowned in higher purpose.
The core retreat event will happen from Saturday morning to Sunday afternoon, but Friday evening arrivals are available and welcome, for an additional contribution for Friday night accommodation (£50) and dinner (to be decided on the night).

Saturday

9:30am Grounding and welcome, opening circle with Donna and Sophia
10-11:30am Invocation of the Wild Huntress part 1
11:30am-1pm Lunch break, lunch included for all
1-2:30pm Invocation of the Wild Huntress part 2
Afternoon - pilgrimage in nature to waterfall in beautiful local Brecon Beacons National Park. Ceremony at the waterfall.
Bring walking shoes and all weather clothing + swimsuits + towels if wished. Walk will be suitable for those of average fitness/ability.
Evening - dinner for all included
Adornment of our Wild Huntresses, Fire ceremony and dance!

1:30-3pm Yoni steam ceremony to celebrate our enthronement

Accommodation is based on sharing rooms and bathrooms but single occupancy is available for a £50 pppn night supplement on the event booking page.
